Often referred to as the “Valley of the Buddha,” Swat Valley was an integral part of the Gandhara region. This lush valley is home to numerous ancient Buddhist stupas, monasteries, and statues, including the famous Butkara Stupa and the towering Jehanabad Buddha. The region’s art and architecture are known for their intricate carvings and sculptures, reflecting the area’s rich Buddhist past.
Our festival, the largest of its kind in Pakistan, brings together people from all over the world to experience the wonders of Gandhara. Through music, art, food, and cultural exchanges, we aim to create an unforgettable experience that fosters unity and understanding among diverse cultures.
