The Peshawar Museum holds the largest collection of Gandharan art in the world. It showcases an incredible array of Buddhist sculptures, reliefs, and artifacts from various Gandhara sites. Established in 1907, the museum is a treasure trove of history, featuring the iconic Fasting Buddha statue and numerous relics that offer insights into the spread of Buddhism in the region.
